Several members of our community are well into the proving stage of their businesses already, but for those who are still thinking about it (and for those building, really!), Startup Weekend is an opportunity to get out, meet others in the tech sector, prove out your idea, and generally have a business-driving good time.

Even if your own idea doesn’t make it past pitch night, the weekend can be valuable. You get to see how much can be accomplished in a short time, as well as learning what to think about in terms of audience and value when starting out.
